- To determine if you are suitable and ready to become your own boss through a self-evaluation assessment
- To learn how to set up a company and the essential items of an office
- To learn how to set up Small Office Home Office (SOHO)'s IT infrastructure, including domain name, web hosting, email, telephone, software and mobile

Dr. Dominic Chan 陳志邦博士
陳志邦 博士是迪思顧問有限公司與伯樂創建投資的創辦人，專注於商業顧問服務和早期技術公司投資。 陳 博士曾任職麥肯錫國際管理顧問公司 McKinsey & Company 。曾是 a-connect 中國聯合首席執行官提供專業商業顧問服務 和 Englishtown.com 的中國總經理（ EF 集團公司 ) 提供在線語言培訓服務。連續創業者，他參與多家科技公司，包括數碼信號處理（ DSP ）的應用，綜合數碼通信，流動設備的應用，電子商務解決方案和電子學習領域。
博士經常在大學演講和商務研討會議上發言。他也是一個企業及行政人員培訓導師和客座講師。曾獲英女皇親自頒發數學金章獎 , 於英國劍橋大學修讀工程系 , 獲學士 , 碩士及博士 ( 數碼信號處理）學位 , 陳博士是『八載劍橋』一書的作者。能說流利的英語，普通話，廣東話和基本的法語和日語。 |
